Please Recommend Registrar for .EU quarantine transfer

*Hi everyone, I have some .EU domain names that expired a couple of days ago that I would like to renew/retain. Could you recommend any registrar that can initiate a transfer from quarantine. Current registrar is very very greedy to say the least . . . Thanks.*
