Windows won't boot up
 

I have a Dell optiplex 150 windows XP operating system. I get the dell logo screen fully loaded and that's as far as I get. I can access the setup screen. I opened the CPU in setup and it tells me that the CD Rom Drive is not installed and the hard disk drive is not installed and it doesn't say...
