Photoshop cs5 help
 

Hi i have ps cs5 ,when i use paint bucket tool i get a loading bar come up and it takes about 1 min to change colour .My pc spec is Windows 7 64 bit Display ati radeon hd 3200 graphics processor amd althon 28508 - 1.8 ghz memory -3072 mb ram
