Can .com owner sue .net owner?
 

There is a very well know magazine, let's call it "CoolWorld Magazine" and they are part of a large publisher. They also own CoolWorld.com to compliment their magazine. I just picked up CoolWorld.net... Is there a problem sending CoolWorld.com a letter asking them if they want to purchase...
