Need Assistance.

Ok Well I don't intend to promote anything here. So I am just going to be precise. I was hoping to start a Non-Profit business and regardless of all the other kind of volunteers that are coming to me, I still can't find any programmers. I am in dire need of some. Can anyone please help me out here....
