Error when installing Word 2003 add-in
 

I've installed Serenity Software's Editor software on Windows XP SP2 (on a Parallels VM) and there is an add-in to install so the software can operate through Word but it doesn't work. When I install the add-in (on Word 2003) the error comes up Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040200 and "Editor" does...
