Default How to get loose weight?

Hey please suggest some tips. My weight is 60 and i want to reduce 5 Kg.

Depends on your eating habits and sportivity Some extra sport may already do the trick.

In order to lose weight you need to eat properly, often, in small portions and only useful food. In addition, you need to do exercise, train your body. Activity is very effective in the fight against excess weight and bad mood. If you do not want or feel shy to go to the gym, then start exercising at home. I found a good free practice here WOD . There are different plans for exercises, you can find exercises for the beginner.
You just need to start and you will succeed!

Let's share our workouts.
My training consists of 200 squats, 100 abdominal exercises, 50 pull-ups and 50 push-ups.

I would suggest you to do a circuit training with barbell that consists mainly of compound movements, such as:
Deadlift
Overhead Press
Bench Press
Squats
Do as many repetitions as you can in 30 seconds, followed by a 15–20 seconds break interval and proceed on to the next exercise. Your weight load should be approximately 45–60% of your maximum weight. If you need to buy good burbell, here you can check top pick - best olympic barbell.
